William J. (Bill) Scott, Chairman
Bill is the former Chief Executive Officer of InterPay, Inc. From 1987 to 2000, Bill grew InterPay from 70 employees and 2,000 clients to more than 685 employees and nearly 30,000 clients. At the time of its ultimate sale to Fleet Bank (purchased by Bank of America) InterPay was the 5th largest payroll processing company in the US. In 2003 InterPay was sold to Paychex for $185 million. An innovator in the payroll industry, Bill left retirement to build another dream. In 2004, he led the effort to not only acquire Payroll Associates, LLC, but purchase Payroll Associates' software licensees who desire to join in PAI Group’s ultimate mission in revolutionizing the payroll delivery process in the US.
Robert Digby, Chief Executive Officer
Robert Digby is the Chief Executive Officer of PAI Group. Robert is responsible for the overall sales and operations leadership. He brings to the position more than 20 years of payroll, HR and benefits industry expertise, with proven operational success in leading high-performance organizations and customer centric service organizations. He is the former President of RSM McGladrey Employer Services, the payroll, HR and benefit services company of RSM McGladrey / H&R Block. Robert also held senior leadership roles during his 15 year career at Ceridian, including President of PowerPay Internet small business payroll division, Senior VP of Marketing and Senior VP of Sales / Client Services for Ceridian Corporation. While at Ceridian, Robert launched PowerPay which was the first web based Internet payroll product in the industry. In addition he launched the Encore 500 product which was rated #1 by Gartner in 1999. While at Ceridian, he also directed a national sales organization of 480 sales representatives. A Captain in the U.S. Army, Robert received his B.A. in Economics from the Virginia Military Institute (VMI) where he graduated as a distinguished military and honor graduate.
Roger Siebel, Chief Operating Officer - PayChoice
Roger is responsible for all payroll services offered by PayChoice, including processing, customer service, tax and ACH payments and filings, technology and training. Roger is also the General Counsel of PAI Group. Previously Roger was the COO for InterPay, Inc were he was responsible for all payroll processing, tax and ACH operations. Prior to InterPay, he was an attorney, manager and engineer at AT&T and Bell Laboratories. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, an M.B.A. from New York University and a law degree from New York Law School. Roger currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and the Shepherds of Youth, a charitable foundation which promotes the education of inner-city children.
Christopher Murray, National Vice President of Sales - PayChoice
As National Vice President of Sales, Chris is responsible for generating revenue via traditional payroll sales and the sale of ancillary products to existing PayChoice clientele. Chris was a District Manager with a leading national payroll service provider and achieved President’s Club status in 2000. From January 2001 - June 2005, he served as the Client Development Manager for Payrolls Plus, which won the Platinum Award from Payroll Associates and Chris was awarded Top Salesperson all four years. Chris became Vice President of Client Development for the East Region of PayChoice in July 2005, achieving Medalist Club status in 2006. In October 2006 Chris was promoted to acting National Sales Manager for PayChoice. He holds a B.A. from Colgate University in Hamilton, New York.
Curt Raffi, Executive Vice President, Corporate Development
Curt is responsible for PAI Group's corporate strategic initiatives, developing sales initiatives, new products and distribution partnerships. For PayChoice, he oversees bank and channel partner relationships, as well as marketing functions. Previously, Curt was Sales, Service and Delivery Manager for Fleet Bank’s payroll business, which was later acquired by Bank of America. Prior to working at Fleet, Curt was the Marketing Director at InterPay, Inc. managing the Fleet payroll initiatives and other white label and branded payroll solutions. Prior to InterPay, Curt served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for EIU Group, Inc., an insurance start up funded by Citigroup. Curt has conducted postgraduate study at Boston University and holds a B.A. from Harvard University.
